Prestige Harbourfront Resort, Worldhotels Luxury, Salmon Arm

I had a mixed experience while staying at this resort spa. The property was clean and the staff was attentive, which made us feel comfortable overall. However, the dining options were underwhelming, and the value for the price we paid seemed off. The spacious suite we had was nice, but we encountered issues such as missing amenities and a lack of a promised balcony.

I loved my stay at this hotel, surrounded by breathtaking views of Shuswap Lake and the Bastion Mountains. The atmosphere was quiet, and the staff went above and beyond, especially Ace at the front desk, making my visit extremely pleasant. While my room was comfortable, I encountered some noise from the train outside, and there were minor cleanliness issues in the shower area. Overall, a good experience with a couple of drawbacks.
